I’m a femme and in the morning told that We look ‘straight’, whatever meaning. As I check-out lesbian bars I am dismissed as ‘bi-curious’ or even the ‘friend-of-a-lesbian’ lady. I have two questions:

1) really does being a lesbian imply that i must butch me right up to be given serious attention?

2) Are there any some other women that are into style, cool restaurants, and that are essentially stylish brand new Yorkers, for who getting homosexual just isn’t their entire identity?
